Job Description:

    The goal of the logistics department is to build a world-class last-mile operation. The aim is to exceed customer expectations by ensuring that orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and in the most cost-effective way possible. The Capacity Planning Team provides flexible and cost-optimal capacity solutions for in-station operations year-round, enabling the business to scale for seasonal peak demand increases. This role is based in Europe. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data to deliver actionable insights that impact daily business, has a strong delivery record, and is experienced in driving execution in a cross-functional environment, backed by analysis and data. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with large amounts of data, and relish the challenge of solving highly complex and sometimes ambiguous problems.

As a Planning Analyst in the Capacity Planning Team, you will be responsible for generating labor plans for delivery stations to ensure preparedness for future demands. You will analyze execution gaps to enhance future plans and work cross-functionally to build key relationships that drive effective decision-making and actions, enabling operations to run as smoothly as possible. You will continuously challenge unknowns and strive for ongoing improvements in key business areas.:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
