As a Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing automated adhesive tape application systems.:

Collaborate with a dynamic team focused on innovative solutions, Lead the development and implementation of application systems for adhesive tape applications, Assist the sales team and customers in technical concept and prototype development for application devices, Act as a project manager and coordinator between the company, industrial customers, and mechanical engineering partners, Stay updated on trends and become an expert in automated tape applications, Visit customer design centers to gather requirements for new tool developments, Verify technical concepts from initial drafting to full prototype development, Create requirement profiles and implement new process-oriented solutions or improvements, Benchmark technologies and competitors in relevant fields and provide insights to product and marketing teams, Support customers in implementing their Industry 4.0 strategies, Develop and deliver internal and external training courses on adhesive tape application systems, Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Qualifications:
