Job Description:

The role involves supporting the development of display products by addressing technical requirements and proposing solutions.:

    Analyzing technical requirements to support the development of display products for OEM projects, Conducting initial analyses of technical issues, Coordinating multiple subtasks and measurements to meet customer requirements, Performing internal technical risk assessments, Documenting and applying lessons learned and best practices, Actively participating in development-related activities throughout the product life cycle, including RFQ, quotations, and change requests, Facilitating internal and external technical review meetings and workshops, Measuring and reworking samples or components

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
  • Physics
  • Material Sciences
  • Chemistry or a closely related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related position

  • Experience with OLED
  • LCD
  • or HUD displays
  • Strong background in display metrology and analysis is an advantage
  • Comprehensive understanding of imaging optical system design
  • Familiarity with automotive industry requirements and processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in an international team
  • Fluent in English and German
