The data organization focuses on consolidating group data to facilitate the development of innovative Business Intelligence and Machine Learning products. In the AI Products team, we collaborate to create and maintain IT applications that leverage artificial intelligence using a modern technology stack. Our goal is to empower colleagues to maximize the value of AI and Machine Learning initiatives, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across all business units.:

As a Data Science & AI Intern, you will acquire essential skills for a career as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer., You will be part of a project team dedicated to creating machine learning solutions to tackle real-world business problems., You will develop machine learning applications on a vast data lake, utilizing Infrastructure as Code, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, ETL Pipelines, and Model Development and Deployment on our advanced AI/ML Cloud Platform., You will enhance your analytical capabilities through Data Analysis using SQL and Spark on distributed systems, alongside model selection and training with modern frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch., We value teamwork and personal development; hence, you will receive close mentorship from our experienced team and comprehensive coaching., Based on your performance, there is the potential for a permanent position following your internship.

Qualifications:

• You are in the final stages of your master's studies in a technical or natural science related field or have recently graduated.
• You have programming experience in languages such as Python
• Java
• or Bash and some familiarity with cloud services like AWS
• Azure
• or GCP
• or have exposure to Machine Learning.
• You have a keen interest in learning new technologies
• are proactive in communication
• and enjoy exploring novel concepts.
• You possess a strong command of English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
