Key Responsibilities::

Support the 2D and 3D pattern creation process for innovative products, collaborating closely with marketing, design, product development, and suppliers., Align with business unit strategy and global frameworks by adhering to processes and methodologies in partnership with cross-functional teams., Train and guide product development teams and suppliers in the 2D and 3D pattern creation process., Manage and support the basic pattern process to meet future business needs and requirements across genders and sizes., Assist in the development of basic and new model patterns in 2D and 3D, ensuring patterns are technically innovative and fit-critical., Conduct cross-functional pattern and fit presentations under managerial guidance., Continuously seek creative solutions for pattern goals using new methods and systems., Advise on fit-related issues during product development., Support digital pattern projects aimed at enhancing efficiency in product creation., Apply grading rules to maintain consistency in fit and optimize material usage during pattern creation., Aid in developing training materials for global pattern teams., Create virtual prototypes to streamline product creation.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of pattern creation and grading with the ability to deliver effective and cost-efficient solutions
• along with knowledge of apparel construction and materials related to fit.
• Ability to interpret designs at the model level in terms of pattern execution and engineering.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
• capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking when working with diverse groups.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic IT skills
• including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Product Data Management Systems.
• Fundamental experience with CAD programs such as Gerber.
• Basic knowledge of 3D software such as V-Stitcher or CLO 3D.
• Willingness to travel as necessary
• both domestically and internationally.
