To achieve our ambitious goal of becoming fossil-free, we are seeking a SAP HCM Project Manager in either Berlin or Hamburg.:

Lead medium to large IT projects focused on Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll within our SAP ERP landscape., Collaborate with developers, architects, delivery teams, third-party vendors, users, and stakeholders on an international scale., Analyze business requirements to develop optimal technical solutions with a focus on harmonization and standardization., Support the intake of new requirements driven by business needs or legal obligations., Contribute to defining long-term strategic requirements for application functionality and infrastructure., Engage in harmonization and knowledge-sharing initiatives related to project management.

Qualifications:

• At least four years of relevant experience in IT project management
• Strong knowledge of project methodologies
• Consultancy experience in SAP HCM
• Fluent in both English and German
• Experience in requirements engineering and/or solution architecture within SAP ERP
• University degree in IT or a related technical field
• or equivalent work experience
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proactive team player with strong communication abilities
• Experience in stakeholder management
