Does empowering Entrepreneurs who are shaping the Deep Tech ecosystem with novel and disruptive technologies excite you? We are looking for an Investment Manager who would identify market-shaping trends that are between, beyond, or disruptive to core strategic business units and turn them into successful ventures.:

Work closely with strategic players and thought leaders to identify megatrends., Independently execute the entire investment process from deal sourcing, due diligence, investment analysis, deal structuring to closing, and manage portfolio companies to maximize their potential, even until exit., Network and cultivate internal partnerships to provide funding and resources for new ventures; take full responsibility for relationships with business sectors including support for investment opportunities as well as shaping their innovation strategy., Actively engage in the venture capital community to drive ideas and methods that will accelerate and redefine solutions for customers., Take on increasing responsibility in running and further building external ventures activities.

Qualifications:

• Several years of relevant experience in a high-performance environment such as Venture Capital
• Start-up
• or Strategy Consulting
• specifically working on the investment process from ideation to realization with a focus on Deep Tech and/or Healthcare.
• A background in STEM (Science
• Technology
• Engineering
• Mathematics) or Life Sciences/Healthcare ideally combined with an MBA or similar commercial education.
• Entrepreneurial experience in a start-up is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence internal stakeholders up to the C-Level in a large global organization as well as founders and the external Venture Capital community.
• A passion for and an eye for industry-defining innovations within the Deep Tech and Healthcare space.
