As a Senior Product Development Design Engineer, you will be responsible for innovative design and development activities.:

Develop and design new, innovative, and cost-effective solutions for high-temperature solid oxide electrolysis cells, stacks, and modules., Execute independent development projects, managing cost control after a training phase., Coordinate with suppliers for development projects and engage in technical discussions with national and international clients, suppliers, development partners, and affiliates., Transfer development results or improvements to product qualification for pilot and serial production., Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of design and manufacturing requirement standards., Participate in inspections, troubleshooting, and customized solution development., Conduct experiments and measurements at company test facilities, analyze results, and prepare reports for business leaders.

Qualifications:

• You possess a university degree in mechanical engineering

• You are proficient in 3D and 2D CAD tools
• preferably SolidEdge and TeamCenter.
• You are highly motivated

• and work well in teams.
• You can think analytically
• identify potential improvements
• and execute meaningful development projects
• transforming results into practical engineering solutions.
• You are familiar with modern communication tools and MS Office.
• You have intercultural awareness and can leverage cultural differences while collaborating in a multidisciplinary team.
• You are fluent in English and German.
• You are open to regular travel within Germany and internationally.
