Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and ongoing programs to accelerate revenue and optimize the sales pipeline., Monitor, report, and analyze marketing program performance to spot new opportunities and improve funnel efficiency., Deeply understand customer demographics, product-market fit, usage metrics, and ideal channel strategies based on customer behavior., Regularly share insights regarding regional customer behaviors, preferences, and purchasing patterns., Collaborate with various marketing teams (Campaigns, Events, Partners, Content, Demand, Growth, Creative) at both regional and global levels., Facilitate the sharing of strategies and ideas between local and global teams to enhance regional marketing efforts., Advocate for customer needs to guide international product development and marketing initiatives., Update marketing, sales, and product teams on regional customer behaviors and preferences., Provide market feedback to broader teams regarding conditions, successful strategies, and areas needing improvement., Support EMEA-wide marketing team goals and initiatives, contributing to their success in the region., Confidently promote key strategies and tactics to strengthen marketing efforts.
