As a Strategic Buyer Sourcing, you will develop and implement effective procurement strategies.:
- Develop procurement strategies for certain categories in the area of Facility, Office & Store Demand., Develop and execute project plans for indirect procurement initiatives, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements., Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, sustainability, tax, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful project implementation., Collaborate with suppliers to understand project requirements, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure successful contract execution., Identify potential risks associated with procurement projects, market trends and develop strategies to mitigate these risks., Ensure that procurement processes adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements., Procure within project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and work to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration
- Supply Chain Management
- or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement
- specifically in indirect spend categories.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- preferably in indirect procurement.
- Experience in project management tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills as well as effective communication
- interpersonal and intercultural skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Negotiation skills in English and German.
