We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead / Full Stack Developer to spearhead the development of innovative tools that enhance our service delivery in intelligence, cyber security, and background checks. In this role, you will take charge of SRS's digital services, working on developing new products from scratch and maintaining existing ones over time. Your responsibilities will include continuously improving and hardening systems while closely collaborating with internal stakeholders. As a technical expert, you will have the freedom to explore and implement innovative solutions, and you will also manage smaller internal projects aimed at streamlining our operations. The position requires a deep understanding of the various workflows across our business units to create solutions that maximize utility and effectiveness.
