Job Description:

As a vital member of the UX Design team, you will contribute to various projects aimed at optimizing our digital platforms.:
- Translate quantitative data and user feedback into actionable design improvements;; Create user-centered designs by integrating customer insights, personas, and technical constraints;; Effectively communicate design concepts and prototypes to diverse audiences;; Utilize established design patterns to improve and enhance product functionality;; Develop and maintain Design Language and Component Libraries in partnership with UI Design;; Design inclusive and accessible features to cater to all users;; Support the Senior UX Designers in shaping product strategies and roadmaps;; Facilitate workshops to gather insights and foster collaborative problem-solving;; Contribute to the evolution of user stories to clarify experience expectations;; Stay informed on competitor products and industry trends to inform design decisions
