In this role, you will have the opportunity to explore current and future trends in food, flavors, and ingredients, and bring innovative product ideas to life. Your responsibilities will entail leading the design development process, ensuring that each product aligns with our principles of Democratic Design, which includes form, function, sustainability, low price, and quality. You will collaborate closely with a multifunctional team including experts in design, sourcing, supply, and marketing to deliver products that resonate with consumers globally. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying consumer needs, driving project timelines, and fostering a high-performing team environment. Your creativity and insights will be paramount in creating products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, showcasing IKEA's unique identity in every offering.

As a Product Design Developer, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative food products that appeal to a broad audience. You will be responsible for steering design development while ensuring that all products adhere to IKEA's standards of Democratic Design.:
