Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Content Designer who possesses the ability to craft simple, human-centric, and engaging experiences for our diverse user base. In this role, you will collaborate closely with fellow Content Designers, Product Designers, the UX team, and various business stakeholders to ensure our customer experiences are not only effective but also resonate on a personal level. You will be engaging with nine of Europe's most recognized online gambling brands, including popular names in sports betting, casino, and bingo. Your contributions will significantly impact millions of players' lives. As a Senior Content Designer, you will undertake various responsibilities aimed at enhancing the customer experience across our brands.:

Guide and mentor fellow content designers in their design processes.;; Enhance content across nine brands and products, making it more user-friendly and engaging.;; Contribute to the development of the Content Design team's tools and processes.;; Collaborate with Product Designers to refine user journeys and create actionable microcopy.;; Advocate for content design in projects to align user needs with business goals.;; Utilize research techniques to pinpoint effective elements in user journeys and identify areas for improvement.;; Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and promote user-centered design principles.;; Write, edit, test, and improve existing content to ensure consistency and impact.
