Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in the IT department of a prominent client. This role is pivotal as we aim to implement a modern billing system that aligns product development with user needs. As part of this initiative, your primary objective will be to create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) by 2024 that facilitates accurate and timely billing for users. You will leverage your design expertise to enhance user experience and ensure the product meets high standards of usability and functionality.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for a variety of design tasks that contribute to the overall success of the project.:

Utilize the Figma design system to create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs;; Present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to multiple stakeholders;; Communicate design ideas and prototypes with Product Owners, UX designers, and developers;; Prepare and facilitate ideation workshops and co-design sessions with business teams, UX designers, and users;; Define appropriate interaction models and evaluate success based on measurable criteria;; Create storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interactions and design ideas;; Actively participate in UX chapter meetings and product team activities, including feedback and knowledge exchange sessions to ensure shared UX standards
