Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Dublin. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of designing user-system interactions, collaborating closely with the Product Owner and an agile development team. Your primary responsibility will be to define the flow of screens and the controls that appear on them, ensuring that our products meet both business objectives and user needs. You will have the opportunity to lead research efforts to understand business goals, product vision, end-users, and the relevant technology landscape. Your input will be crucial in shaping the user experience and ensuring that our designs are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This is a permanent position where your creativity and expertise will be valued as we strive to enhance our digital offerings.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will undertake a variety of tasks aimed at improving user experience and interface designs.:
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to define interactive systems that align with business objectives.;; Work alongside the Product Owner to create user stories and outline design specifications.;; Participate in an agile team to deliver features incrementally, ensuring adherence to the UX vision.;; Develop rapid mock-ups and prototypes in collaboration with UI Developers.;; Create user interaction models, wireframes, and screen flows.;; Conduct user research to evaluate the usability of prototypes and existing interfaces, and iterate designs based on user feedback.
