Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team on a long-term contract basis. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, primarily allowing remote work, making it ideal for professionals looking to balance their work and personal life. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing user-system interactions and will work closely with the Product Owner within an agile development team. Your primary responsibility will be to define the flow of screens associated with features and the controls displayed on those screens. You will have the opportunity to lead research initiatives to better understand business objectives, the product vision, end user needs, and the technological landscape. This position provides a platform to showcase your creativity and problem-solving skills while contributing to the overall success of our projects.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that user interactions are seamless and align with business goals.:

Assist the Product Manager in defining interactive systems that support business objectives.;; Collaborate with the Product Owner to create user stories and outline the design requirements.;; Work within an agile team to incrementally deliver features, ensuring the UX vision is realized.;; Collaborate with UI Developers to rapidly develop mock-ups and prototypes of designs.;; Take ownership of user interface specifications and documentation.;; Generate user interaction models, wireframes, and screen flows.;; Conduct user research and usability assessments to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs.
