Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer & Researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of our Grid Analysis product line. This role will involve translating complex business and technical requirements into user-friendly designs while collaborating closely with multiple Scrum teams, including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Analysts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading user experience research, conducting engaging workshops, and gathering user insights through interviews, tests, and surveys. You will create detailed personas based on research findings, define interaction models, and evaluate their success to enhance user journeys and business processes. Your ability to create storyboards, flows, site maps, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma will be crucial, as will your expertise in finalizing UI designs and presenting these solutions to developers. A strong focus on utilizing Scrum tools specifically for grid operators will be essential.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer & Researcher, you will be responsible for leading various design initiatives and ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the project lifecycle.:

Conduct UX research and document findings in the Elia Group repository;; Facilitate workshops for framing, ideation, co-design, and testing;; Gather and analyze user needs through interviews, tests, and surveys;; Develop personas and interaction models based on research data;; Identify and enhance user journeys and business processes;; Create comprehensive storyboards, flows, and site maps;; Produce wireframes and prototypes using Figma;; Finalize high-fidelity UI designs in Figma;; Collaborate with developers to present and implement design solutions;; Utilize Scrum tools effectively for grid operators
