Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior UX/UI Digital Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on creating unique and engaging user experiences for our websites, emphasizing usability and user satisfaction. You will apply a user-centered design approach while leveraging our design system and collaboration tools. Your responsibilities will include crafting UX/UI concepts and designs for websites in an international context, analyzing business requirements to understand their implications on the products, and assessing the technical feasibility of their implementation. You will work closely with our designers, research experts, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders in an agile environment, fostering a collaborative and empathetic team culture. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in mobile app, UX/UI, and interaction design will be essential. Additionally, you will initiate and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and other research activities to enhance our product offerings.
