Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Design to lead the UX/UI efforts for our Sportsbook Product. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality design solutions that enhance the user experience for millions of customers across multiple brands globally. Your leadership will inspire and mentor a talented design team, driving them to create innovative and user-centric designs that align with our mission of providing unparalleled customer experiences. You will work closely with product managers, owners, and technical teams to ensure that design deliverables are effectively integrated into our product development processes, enabling the successful implementation of design initiatives. By leveraging data and user insights, you will guide the design strategy and ensure that our design processes are both efficient and effective, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the Sportsbook Product and the organization as a whole.

As the Head of Design, you will oversee and direct the design initiatives for our Sportsbook Product, ensuring that all design work meets the highest standards of quality and user experience.:

Establish the overall vision and direction for UX/UI within the Sportsbook Product;; Ensure that user flows and visuals adhere to top-tier quality standards;; Implement effective design processes to facilitate the production of high-quality designs;; Foster collaboration between the Design team and the broader Sportsbook Product Team, including user research and engineering;; Champion a user-centric design process driven by data and user feedback;; Build and manage a top-tier design team, empowering design managers to lead their respective teams effectively;; Promote the vision of the Sportsbook product across the organization
