Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Team Lead for our UX/UI Design team who possesses a deep understanding of user experience design paired with strategic thinking and leadership skills. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to guide a diverse group of designers. You will lead regular design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help to develop the strengths of each team member. Additionally, your responsibilities will include leading and advising during presales situations and pitches, creating compelling solution ideas to engage potential clients. As a bridge between departments, you will identify opportunities for pragmatic process improvements while keeping a close eye on team performance and project quality. Your leadership will ensure that your team remains motivated, satisfied, and equipped to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

As the Team Lead, you will oversee the UX/UI design team, ensuring high performance and quality in project delivery. Your role will involve regular reviews and feedback sessions to foster team development and individual growth.:

• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Proficient with industry-standard design and UX tools such as Figma and Google Suite
• A deep and ongoing interest in UX topics and current market trends
