Job Description:
- We are on the lookout for a skilled UI/UX Engineer to join our dynamic team on a part-time, remote basis. In this pivotal role, you will focus on enhancing the Order Provider Portal for our client. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting a thorough gap analysis of the current portal, benchmarking its features and user experience against competitors, and crafting a future state that significantly improves the user journey for healthcare providers. This role is crucial as you will drive the design and functionality of the portal, ensuring that it is intuitive and user-friendly for its users.

As a UI/UX Engineer, you will take on various responsibilities aimed at enhancing the user experience of our client's portal.:
- Conduct a comprehensive gap analysis of the current Provider Portal to identify strengths and weaknesses.;; Execute a competitive analysis to gather insights on industry standards and pinpoint areas for improvement.;; Create detailed user journey maps that highlight pain points and suggest enhancements.;; Design wireframes and interactive prototypes that effectively visualize new features and user flows.;; Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design feasibility aligns with technical requirements.;; Iteratively refine designs based on user feedback and testing outcomes to enhance usability.
