As the User Experience Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience initiatives at Macy's. You will conceptualize and design frameworks that engage users effectively, using data and research to inform your decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in advocating for accessibility and ensuring consistency across various platforms, including web and mobile applications.
