Job Description:
- We are on the lookout for a seasoned User Experience Designer based in Dublin who possesses a strong track record of creating compelling solutions that tackle our clients' most pressing business challenges and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a history of working collaboratively within cross-functional teams, applying agile and lean methodologies in their delivery approach. This role demands a blend of leadership, a keen technical curiosity, and a determination to work alongside leading experts in cloud and cognitive computing, focused on designing products that are both modern and user-friendly.

As a UX Design Lead, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the UX designs produced by a diverse team, ensuring that the designs are effective and visually appealing. You'll collaborate with UX designers, visual designers, researchers, and product managers to grasp user needs and behaviors across various industries.:
- Lead lean UX activities in Agile settings, including user research, interviews, and workshops;; Analyze and synthesize user experience findings to identify key problems to address;; Translate complex findings into practical, effective user experiences;; Effectively communicate design ideas to cross-functional teams through low and mid-fidelity renderings and prototypes;; Conduct usability testing on wireframes and prototypes to validate design concepts;; Collaborate with visual designers and developers to bring concepts to fruition while adhering to UX best practices;; Perform quality assurance checks to rectify any design issues
