The ideal candidate will have a history of working collaboratively within cross-functional teams, applying agile and lean methodologies in their delivery approach. As a UX Design Lead, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the UX designs produced by a diverse team, ensuring that the designs are effective and visually appealing. You'll collaborate with UX designers, visual designers, researchers, and product managers to grasp user needs and behaviors across various industries.:

Lead lean UX activities in Agile settings, including user research, interviews, and workshops;; Analyze and synthesize user experience findings to identify key problems to address;; Translate complex findings into practical, effective user experiences;; Effectively communicate design ideas to cross-functional teams through low and mid-fidelity renderings and prototypes;; Conduct usability testing on wireframes and prototypes to validate design concepts;; Collaborate with visual designers and developers to bring concepts to fruition while adhering to UX best practices;; Perform quality assurance checks to rectify any design issues
