Job Description:

We empower our clients to assess and enhance their carbon footprint, energy expenditure, and overall profitability related to their production processes. Our mission revolves around the concept of 'Energy Intensity,' and we approach this with a 'production first' mindset to ensure maximum impact. As a UX Designer, you will be integral to the evolution of our Nsight Energy Intensity Platform, a leading SaaS solution that seamlessly integrates IoT devices and control systems with cloud-based analytics. Your role will focus on optimizing user experiences, encompassing both the development of new features and the refinement of existing ones. You will have the opportunity to influence the design direction of our platform significantly.

As a UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product and development teams to create design solutions that prioritize usability and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, revising design prototypes, facilitating UX workshops, and contributing to our design system.:

    Develop design solutions focused on enhancing usability and customer value;; Conduct user research to gather insights and establish user flows for various industrial personas;; Revise design prototypes and mockups to meet functional and aesthetic standards;; Facilitate UX workshops, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on user testing;; Contribute to maintaining a cohesive design system across application interfaces
