You will collaborate closely with product development teams to enhance product usability, conduct thorough evaluations, and support the design process across multiple applications and systems, including web, multimedia, and voice interfaces. A key part of your role will involve performing quality assurance testing on developed pages, facilitating discussions to address any defects or bugs identified, and conducting comprehensive website research, including competitive analysis of external retailers.
