Job Description:
- We are seeking a talented UX Designer to become a vital part of our expanding Digital team, based in Manhattan Beach, California. This full-time position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring you to be in the office two days a week. In this role, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our global e-commerce websites and mobile applications for both Android and iOS. Your main objective will be to improve functionality that streamlines the customer experience, ultimately driving sales and boosting engagement rates while fostering brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in design and understanding of user behaviors will be key in transforming the Skechers online shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of contemporary UI/UX trends, enabling them to identify opportunities for customers to discover and explore products more effectively in the eCommerce landscape. You will work in close collaboration with fellow designers, researchers, developers, and cross-functional teams to guide design direction across multiple projects, ensuring that the solutions we deliver align with both business objectives and customer needs.

The UX Designer will engage in various responsibilities aimed at enhancing the digital experience for customers.:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the design and implementation of new features for consumer-facing digital experiences including web, app, and email.;; Work with Customer Care and Retail teams to identify areas of friction in the shopping experience and suggest improvements.;; Coordinate with product owners and developers to ensure business and technical requirements are met during the design process.;; Conduct design quality assurance to confirm that all experiences meet UX standards before launch.;; Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes across various devices.;; Present UX/UI concepts to teams and senior management for feedback and approval.;; Participate in team design critiques, providing and receiving feedback to foster collective improvement.;; Utilize a data-driven approach for design decisions through A/B testing and analytics.;; Create interactive prototypes to visualize design intent and user interactions.;; Develop design components that incorporate multimedia elements for responsive web and native applications.;; Maintain and update style guides and design system documentation.
