Job Description:

    Join a dynamic and innovative team as a User Experience Designer in Rancho Cucamonga, California. In this role, you will collaborate with various product stakeholders to identify product requirements and develop comprehensive UX strategies and designs for a range of applications, including intranet portals, web applications, and public-facing websites. You will be responsible for conducting thorough user research, developing evidence-based experience models, and ensuring consistency across multiple modules and applications. Your ability to navigate complex design challenges by utilizing strong research and evaluation techniques will be essential in delivering effective solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, technology specialists, and domain experts, to align your UX strategies with overall project goals. This position requires a proactive approach to managing evolving requirements in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely delivery of all UX artifacts.

As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall user experience across applications.:

    Gather and document UX requirements from various stakeholders;; Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes;; Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions;; Develop and maintain a UX pattern library to ensure design consistency;; Present UX deliverables to stakeholders and facilitate feedback sessions;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
