Job Description:

You will conduct user research and usability testing, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and stay abreast of the latest trends in UI/UX design and healthcare technology. As a UX/UI Designer, your responsibilities will include conducting user research, developing design artifacts, and collaborating with various stakeholders to create user-centered designs.:
- Conduct user research and usability testing at customer sites to gather insights;; Lead the development of interaction and visual design artifacts such as wireframes and prototypes;; Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to align designs with business goals;; Establish and uphold design guidelines to ensure consistency across all products;; Stay informed about the latest trends in UI-UX design and healthcare technology;; Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization;; Enhance website experiences to promote a cohesive user journey across digital platforms
