Job Description:

    We are seeking a Senior Cloud Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ulm, specializing in the development of innovative digital solutions. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional digital experiences across various projects within our product ecosystem.

As a Senior Cloud Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing cloud-based solutions by understanding business needs and implementing effective architectures.:

    Understand business objectives and support the development of digital products and services from a Cloud Applications perspective, Design and define the architecture for distributed systems in collaboration with other specialists, Develop and implement holistic software modules for cloud services, Ensure smooth deployment through continuous integration and deployment processes, Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary agile teams, Embrace DevOps principles by taking ownership of the systems you build

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

  • including Azure and AWS
  • as well as containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code practices
  • Familiarity with various storage solutions
  • including SQL and NoSQL databases
  • as well as Data Lake technologies
  • Proficient in continuous integration and DevOps methodologies
  • Understanding of Clean Code practices
  • Peer Review
  • and Pair Programming
  • Highly motivated with a collaborative spirit to work in agile teams
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German
