As an Application Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration of our collaborative robotic solutions into customer environments. You will lead a team of application engineers, work closely with the sales team, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.:

Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of application engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to foster high performance, Direct the application engineering team in designing and executing collaborative robotic solutions tailored to customer needs, Collaborate with sales, engineering, and research & development departments to provide insights and feedback for product enhancements, Act as a liaison between the application engineering team and other functional areas within the organization, Engage directly with customers both on-site and virtually to understand their specific challenges and requirements, Oversee technical proposal preparation, feasibility studies, and solution architecture developments, Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction within the application engineering team, Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to keep our solutions at the forefront of collaborative robotics, Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, Create and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides, Document best practices for application development and integration
