As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our projects forward through detailed analysis and collaboration.:

Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements., Identifying business and technical dependencies., Defining user stories and other requirement documents in alignment with business stakeholders and product owners., Establishing interface requirements within complex IT environments., Collaborating with the corporate architecture team to define target IT architectures., Ensuring software quality through functional and integration testing of new developments., Managing communications with stakeholders and external teams from our vendors., Collaborating closely with Product Owners, technical architects, and Key Users from backend and frontend systems like SAP, Salesforce, PIM, and SAP Commerce.

Qualifications:

• Multiple years of international professional experience
• preferably in management consulting

• Proven experience in software development or implementation of complex system architectures.
• Familiarity with agile development processes
• ideally as a business analyst or requirements engineer collaborating with product owners and technical architects.
• Experience in requirements documentation and mapping dependencies between digital customer touchpoints and backend systems.
• Knowledge of software testing and experience in software development projects utilizing Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• and Marketing Cloud.
• Technical understanding of IT architecture and web application technologies.
• Software development skills
• such as object-oriented programming
• and familiarity with Agile Development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) or relevant engineering certifications.
• Certifications in testing (e.g.
• ISTQB) and Salesforce (Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Marketing Cloud) are advantageous.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across various geographical locations.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and other languages is a plus.
