Inhouse Consultant for Data Analytics

Job Description:

For our headquarters in Hamburg, we are looking for you as Inhouse Consultant for Data Analytics as soon as possible. The position is limited until thirty June two thousand twenty-six.

As part of our central data and analytics team, you will participate in developing the internal toolbox of business intelligence and big data solutions and apply them. In a pivotal role, you will enable business units to unleash their data potential using our self-service data platform.:

    Implement data analytics requirements with our business unit and development teams, Identify existing and create new data sets for in-house customer users such as business analysts and data scientists, Provide hands-on assistance for reporting and data engineering questions from various business units, Conduct end-user training on how to effectively use available data and analytics tools, Evaluate new products in data and analytics to complement the catalogue of centrally provided tool sets, Measure and report data quality, Act as a sparring partner for new project ideas in business and design sustainable solutions

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and numbers
  • Ability to work independently with in-house customers and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in data modeling and visualization with BI tools such as Apache Superset or Power BI
  • Strong commitment and proactivity in solving business challenges
  • Good command of German and English
  • Basic knowledge of AWS (Glue and Athena) is a plus
  • Proficiency in SQL is a plus
  • Coding skills in Kotlin or Python are a plus
