Our IT team is looking for YOU!:

Full responsibility for defining and maintaining the conceptual architecture and strategy for IT Connectivity Services, Ensure that future network strategy considers industry trends and integrates with cloud and mobility strategies, Develop concepts and strategies into implementable projects aligned with business needs, Provide design governance and steering to projects to meet strategic goals within time, cost, and quality, Lead a team of international technical architects from the organization and third parties for assigned programs, Own and chair relevant steering and governance meetings with senior management participation, Maintain 24x7 operational support with third parties to meet global business requirements, defining SLAs and OLAs, Ensure sustainable success of programs through adherence to architectural frameworks and design standards, Proactively manage the quality of high-level designs provided by service providers, Facilitate information flow among architecture community, project organization, and external partners, Initiate and project manage group-wide infrastructure initiatives to meet strategic goals, Establish improved practices within the IT architecture community to enhance service quality, Stay updated on IT industry developments and relevant technologies, Estimate project scope, size, time, and resource requirements effectively, Provide alternative solutions to business requirements balancing time, cost, quality, and scope

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the strategic development
• design
• and management of LAN/WAN/WLAN solutions in complex
• cross-border environments
• Hands-on engineering experience with Microsoft Azure network components including Firewalls
• VNETs
• and virtual WAN hub and spoke design
• Ability to lead a technical team in end-to-end design of network solutions and troubleshoot issues in deployed networks
• Further development of network strategy towards software-defined networks driven by cloud computing
• mobility
• and IoT developments
• Experienced design engineer with knowledge in MPLS
• QoS
• VPN
• Routing and Switching with an interest in SDN and Hybrid network solutions
• Extensive knowledge in designing corporate MPLS
• SD-WAN
• and Internet-based networks provided by global carriers
• Experience with SASE environments and a strong understanding of Zero Trust Network Access
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders and facilitating workshops
• Considerable team management and leadership experience ideally within complex technical teams
• Experience in managing change in cross-border situations
• Highly developed customer and service orientation with advanced analytical skills
• Experience in senior stakeholder management within change environments
