Job Description:

We are one of the leading and largest data center providers, supporting clients from various industries for over 20 years. Our talented team operates multiple data center locations across Europe and is expanding into new markets. We are seeking a Technical Post-Sales Consultant to join our Technical Pre-Sales team in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will assist in post-sales opportunities driven by existing clients, supporting tailored solutions and providing subject matter expertise.

Key responsibilities include leading technical discussions with clients and internal teams, providing feedback on technical assessments, and supporting contract requirements.:

Lead technical discussions with existing clients, providing expertise for their new requirements in a consultative manner, Collaborate with Client Success Management and Client Delivery Management to develop tailored installation and service solutions, Review client requirements for accuracy and feasibility, ensuring alignment with standard reference designs, Provide input on technical elements of contracts and support timely handovers to operational teams, Act as a point of escalation for complex technical challenges faced by internal teams, Participate in special projects related to the Client Implementation Services team as assigned, Support the Product team with feedback for continuous improvement of service offerings, Assist the Client Success Management team with site tours, customer meetings, and presentations, Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in other departments, Facilitate collaboration across teams to remove blockers

Qualifications:

• Several years of engineering experience in data center operations and the colocation industry

• Experience developing bills of materials and scopes of work to meet client infrastructure deployment needs
• Familiarity with competitive offerings to effectively position products and solutions
• Good understanding of modern data centers and IT client requirements

• Strong stress management skills in fast-paced environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking
• Ability to engage clients to understand critical technical and business drivers
