Job Description:

As one of the leading data center providers, we have been supporting clients across various industries for over two decades with a dedicated team. We are currently seeking a Technical Post-Sales Consultant to join our Technical Pre-Sales team in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will assist with post-sales opportunities driven by existing clients and support the Client Delivery Management team. You will be responsible for developing tailored client solutions, providing technical expertise, and owning the technical requirements.

As a Technical Post-Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for leading technical discussions and ensuring the accurate and tailored solutions for our clients.:

Engage in technical discussions with clients to provide expertise for their new requirements in a professional manner, Collaborate with Client Success Management and Client Delivery Management teams to develop and finalize installation and service solutions, Review technical assessments and qualifications of client requirements, identifying deviations from standard reference designs, Contribute to technical elements of contractual requirements and support timely handovers to Technical Operations, Act as a point of escalation for complex technical challenges faced by internal teams, Work on special projects related to Client Implementation Services as assigned, Provide input to the Product team for continuous improvement of service offerings, Support Client Success Management with site tours, customer meetings, and presentations, Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in other departments, Facilitate conversations to remove blockers and encourage collaboration across teams

• Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
