Job Description:

With over 8100 employees worldwide, we develop and produce complex metal and hybrid structures for body-in-white and chassis, significantly contributing to the optimum protection of all vehicle occupants in the event of a car accident. We are seeking a Supervisor Manufacturing Engineer for our site in Attendorn.

As a Supervisor Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technical standards and decarbonization objectives.:
- Define and develop new standards in technical infrastructure and decarbonization., Create, update, and maintain technical standards documentation and manage workflows., Oversee the procurement of technical infrastructure equipment, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost targets are met., Incorporate decarbonization goals in relevant departments, contributing to sustainable practices., Establish a technical network across all plants globally., Lead training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills., Provide technical support to local ME centers and assist customer teams during the RFQ phase., Assist in defining investment scopes in Technical Infrastructure and Decarbonization areas., Prepare regular, meaningful reports for transparency and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering

- Fluency in English
- both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in common Microsoft Office products.
- Extensive experience in the industrialization of automotive projects.
- Familiarity with industrial controls and data management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to undertake business travel.
