Job Description:

    We are a premium spirits producer based in Germany, known for our globally successful herbal liqueur crafted from a secret blend of 56 herbs, blossoms, and roots. Our company combines rich traditions with innovative marketing strategies worldwide, supported by a dedicated team of around 1000 employees. We are looking for a Global Senior Product Manager for Cooling Solutions & Portfolio, responsible for managing our global portfolio of target group-oriented market solutions from project inception to market-ready products. This role includes overseeing our award-winning Tap Machine Family and various solutions for on- and off-trade channels, all while focusing on our mission to become the leading shot drink brand globally in a competitive market.

The successful candidate will manage and coordinate the entire product development process from project brief to market-ready product.:

    Coordinate projects for the technical and design development of tap machines while adhering to legal and market-specific requirements., Analyze and improve processes related to tap machines, including digitalization and complaint management., Collaborate with quality management to ensure global product conformity of our tap machines., Develop potential simplifications for certification processes in various markets., Provide proactive support in market and regional management concerning technical issues, educational materials, and product compliance., Create and integrate educational and training content into existing digital platforms., Establish after-sales process setups aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, extending product life cycles, and reducing costs for our tap machines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Marketing

  • Five to ten years of experience in a similar role within international companies
  • ideally in electrical/technical goods or FMCG.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and process management skills
  • along with a focus on process optimization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business and technology.
  • Proven experience in leading intercultural and interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP and Workfront is a plus.
