Our Performance Management team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!:

    Enhance the performance of projects and project teams within the New Green Power and Gas department using tailored KPIs and dashboards, Collect and analyze performance data to spot trends, strengths, and improvement areas, Employ performance management tools and software to regularly monitor and report on project performance and portfolio, Conduct performance assessments and evaluations, Create customized performance improvement plans based on assessments, Foster a culture of continuous improvement and development, Identify and disseminate best practices and innovative strategies for performance enhancement, Regularly review and update performance management processes for effectiveness, Prepare and present reports on performance metrics and results, Maintain accurate and current performance records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in performance management software and tools
  • Experience with change management and organizational development
  • Familiarity with data analysis

  • Advanced skills in MS Office 365 applications and PowerBI
  • with a strong inclination towards digitalization
  • Understanding of energy markets and sound commercial acumen is preferred
  • Appreciation for working in an international setting

  • Professional fluency in English and German
