Manage and optimize all local logistics inbound and outbound processes and services.:
- Coordinate logistics processes and solutions to enhance reliability, reduce costs, and comply with local and regional trade regulations, Schedule materials and parts according to deadlines and orders to ensure serviceability, Define minimum and maximum stock levels for service storage locations, Determine storage location, material type, and quantity based on response time and customer agreements, Establish delivery types and rhythms, Implement cleanliness and packaging requirements for cleanroom suitability, Define and manage the repair process for returns from the field, Assist with escalation processes and ensure material availability, Analyze material supply bottlenecks and initiate corrective measures, Coordinate bridging options and agree on special measures with suppliers, Ensure supply security for new product launches and manage discontinuation of materials, Maintain links with in-house support functions and suppliers, Network within the logistics community of practice, Participate in best practice exchanges and workshops

Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics
- Engineering
- or a related field
- preferably with a focus on supply chain or logistics
- At least five years of experience in supply chain
- service logistics
- or back office roles
- Experience as an export officer or export manager
- Basic knowledge of relevant trade compliance matters
- Proficient in SAP SD and MM modules
- good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Basic experience in project management
- preferably in an international setting
- Strong communication skills
- ability to work in intercultural teams

- Solid foundation in business English
