As a Beyond Innovation Architect, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating innovation and collaboration across teams.:
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations for Beyond fields and board meetings, Establishing OKR set-up and aligning campaign goals with OKRs, Independently collaborating with team members on Key Results and associated initiatives, Deriving actionable items from OKRs and driving the team into action, Accountability for preliminary financial planning, Organizing and structuring governance meetings, Managing project-specific stakeholders, Challenging and structuring ideas to enhance their communicability, Coaching team members and facilitating team formation, Moderating communication between the team and management

Qualifications:
- A degree in natural science

- or economics with outstanding grades
- An additional PhD or MBA degree is a plus

- including the capacity to structure and communicate intricate content
- Excellent commercial acumen and financial planning skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- with the aptitude to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Proficiency in English and German
