As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving incremental sales growth according to the business plan within your designated territory.:
- Travel commitment to be approximately fifty percent overall, with forty percent within Northern Germany and sixty percent in the Nordics, Achieve projected sales gains through the development and deployment of value-added sales concepts, Utilize optimized sales and distribution channels to maximize growth sustainably, Develop and implement a route-to-market channel model for OEM, direct, and representative sales in the Biopharma marketplace, Create specification pushes and pulls through OEMs, system integrators, and A&E firms, Capture and document market share from tube pump companies dominant in the industry, Report and replicate successful strategies within the region and globally, contributing material for marketing collateral, Regularly implement tracking processes for goal setting and key projects, Take leadership roles in industry associations or trade groups, Establish connections with leading biopharma educational institutions in the assigned territory, Conduct regular market analysis to understand and adapt to changing business conditions, Assist in developing customer feedback initiatives to define new product opportunities, Collaborate with the global Biopharma sales team and facilitate information exchange

Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering

- Willingness to travel outside Germany up to sixty percent of the time
