The Site Manager will be primarily responsible for the following tasks::

Ensure compliance with QHSE regulations for all activities on site, Manage all construction activities to meet deadlines, budget, quality, safety, and environmental standards, Oversee the execution of contracts with suppliers and customers, Manage contracts and relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, Coordinate team activities on site to ensure successful project execution, Report internally as per the governance plan

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in site management

• Fluent in English and German (minimum B2 level)
• Strong problem-solving skills and leadership capabilities
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
