As a Senior Cost Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our product development initiatives, focusing on cost analysis and optimization.:

    Develop comprehensive product cost analyses, targeting cost reduction activities, and monitor development program budgets to support the successful commercialization of the Alkaline Water Electrolysis Product., Analyze and evaluate cost structures of existing and new products., Identify, track, and document continuous cost reduction measures related to products., Establish transparent productivity reporting mechanisms., Provide cost-related advice and consult product development teams on cost reduction initiatives., Assist product managers in setting cost targets for new and existing products to maintain long-term competitiveness., Develop and implement procedures and processes to foster a sustainable cost-conscious mindset., Periodically monitor, assess, and present budgets for product development programs.

Qualifications:

  • You possess a university degree in business administration
  • engineering
  • or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of three years of professional experience in product cost optimization

  • or cost reduction initiatives.
  • Experience in plant operations with insights into manufacturing or procurement is advantageous.
  • You have a comprehensive toolkit for implementing cost reduction measures across the entire value chain and are familiar with cost monitoring processes.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead programs and projects effectively.
  • You are skilled in analyzing and resolving complex problems.
  • Your intercultural awareness allows you to navigate and leverage cultural differences.
  • You are prepared to work closely within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Fluent in both English and German
  • with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.
