Job Description:

As a Lead Tax Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Transfer Pricing Controversy team for the EMEA region. Your role will involve managing projects related to tax and transfer pricing controversies and supporting the team in formulating responses to inquiries from tax authorities throughout EMEA promptly and effectively. You will also engage in strategic discussions regarding tax audits, litigation, Mutual Agreement Procedures, and Advanced Pricing Agreements.:
- Independently develop responses to complex inquiries from tax authorities on various transfer pricing issues while anticipating potential future concerns., Gather necessary data for preparing responses to tax authorities from various departments within the company., Assist in calculating reserves for EMEA tax positions., Support ad-hoc projects and activities based on business needs., Review and amend existing transfer pricing documentation as required.

- Strong analytical skills
- Expertise in transfer pricing
- Knowledge of international tax laws
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Law
- Economics
- Finance
- Accounting
- or Business (other relevant degrees will also be considered based on experience in transfer pricing or tax). A professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant
- Chartered Tax Advisor
- CFA
- or similar is an advantage.
- Five to seven years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax
- gained from a similar role in industry or a consulting environment.
