As a Lead Engineer in Plant Design, you will oversee various critical tasks to ensure successful project execution.:

Coordinate internal and external interfaces globally, Supervise the creation of detailed designs, Prepare and evaluate inquiry documents and specifications for procurement, Conduct studies and analyses, Ensure technical accuracy in manuals, Support project planning and prepare offers, Assist workshops, suppliers, design offices, construction sites, and customers, Develop concepts and specifications for commissioning, Aid in sales and contract negotiations, Further develop and optimize costs based on product management requirements, Participate in claims management processes regarding plant design issues, Functionally supervise, motivate, and direct team members

Qualifications:

• Degree in mechanical engineering
• Proficient in AVEVA E3D
• NAVIS Works and AutoCAD
• Familiar with modern communication tools (MS Office)

• Willingness to travel internationally
• Target-oriented
• Ability to lead a team
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant design
• Led at least 3 projects as Lead Engineer in plant design
• Experience on construction sites is desirable
