As the Privacy & Security Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing cybersecurity and privacy for our digital product offerings.:
- Lead cybersecurity and privacy initiatives for cloud, mobile, IoT, and software solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders., Implement leading cybersecurity and privacy practices to enhance the digital product portfolio., Conduct cybersecurity risk management and threat modeling to ensure security and privacy by design., Provide technical security and privacy guidance to project teams., Organize security assurance activities, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments., Conduct post-market vulnerability assessments and support incident response efforts., Collaborate with cross-functional teams at the project level., Advise senior management on cybersecurity and privacy risks., Supervise a team of security advisors for the digital product portfolio.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science

- Proficient in DevOps practices

- Hands-on experience with static and dynamic application security testing

- Familiarity with cybersecurity and data privacy regulations such as GDPR

- Experience with quality standards in the medical sector is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP or CSSLP are advantageous.
- Experience working in international teams.
- Fluent in English
- with knowledge of additional languages like German being a plus.
