Job Description:

Our Grocery Logistics team provides customers with an incredible delivery experience from the moment they click 'buy' to the moment their grocery products arrive. The team has oversight over all our Fresh deliveries across multiple regions, working to deliver products faster, more efficiently, and in a way that exceeds customer expectations. The team is looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to help organize and extract meaning from large volumes of data to make the right business decisions regarding growth, new initiatives, and improvement projects. As a BIE, you will be expected to set the right vision, strategy, and roadmap and work alongside stakeholders in the organization to make it happen. You will work with business intelligence tools, model multidimensional datasets, and partner with operational leaders to answer key operations questions.

As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will be responsible for leveraging data to enhance operational efficiency.:

    Collaborate with Program Managers to develop globally applicable solutions in the form of automated reports, dashboards, or tools., Provide answers to operational questions based on the data and models for the weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews., Automate analysis through SQL and scripting languages, delivering user-friendly outputs to internal customers., Define parameters and success criteria for live tests to validate or invalidate hypotheses in models., Design, implement, and support platforms that provide ad-hoc access to large datasets., Work with other support teams to scale projects, improve methodologies, and utilize resources efficiently., Explore opportunities to apply machine learning techniques to modeling., Engage actively within the analyst community.
