As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced features for our user-centric people analytics platform, significantly impacting our product's early development.:

Collaborate with the engineering team to develop both frontend and backend functionalities of the platform;; Contribute to the innovative tech stack utilizing Typescript and frameworks such as Next.js, Tailwind, Prisma, and tRPC;; Work closely with clients to ship and iterate features that solve real-world challenges;; Play a crucial role in shaping our team culture and operational methods as we expand;; Engage with our CTO and other departments to ensure seamless integration of ideas and objectives
