You will utilize modern web technologies and JavaScript frameworks, ensuring the efficient management of high-performance databases. Your role will also involve addressing engineering challenges, promoting a collaborative working environment, and enabling quick decision-making processes. You will actively identify areas of technical debt, strategize their resolution, and mentor junior developers, inspiring them to achieve their best. As a team leader, you will provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance reviews to help team members grow in their roles.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will engage in various key responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.:
